Don Revell is licensed to practice law in Ontario, Canada where he has practised for over 30 years as a legislative counsel.  He has drafted legislation in all areas of law and has extensive experience in senior management in the Ontario public service.  Don has acted as a consultant to several governments, government agencies and NGOs.  He has headed major drafting, translation and publication projects. 

Don holds a bachelor of arts degree from Carleton University in Ottawa, a bachelor of laws degree from Queen's University at Kingston and a master of laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University) in Toronto.
