Don Revell is pleased to provide consulting services in all areas related to the drafting and approval of principal and subordinate legislation.   He has over 30 years of experience as a legislative counsel in Ontario, Canada and as a consultant both in Canada and internationally.

Don was Chief Legislative Counsel for Ontario for 18 years and has managed major projects in Canada related to legislative translation and revision and to on-line access to legislation.  He has acted as a consultant to several governments on legislative process and the establishment of legislative drafting and translation offices.  

Don serves the legislative drafting community and his clients through his published articles and through presentations at seminars.
